Product overview
Pro-Line Turbocharger Additive is a specialist product used during the initial fitting of a new or replacement turbocharger, rather than as a routine fuel or engine-oil treatment. It protects the fresh turbocharger against dry running and lack-of-oil damage in the critical moments before the engine's own lubrication system has fully primed and the unit enters its normal running-in phase.
It is suitable for all turbochargers and can be blended with any motor oil, so it does not need to be matched to a specific oil brand or specification. Using it at the point of installation improves the operational reliability of the new turbocharger during that vulnerable first start-up period.
