Terms of Service

These terms apply to the automotive services provided by PSM Workshop at 172K Marua Road, Ellerslie, Auckland 1051, New Zealand. By booking work with us you agree to these terms.

Quotes & estimates

Quotes and estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. If additional faults or work are identified, we will contact you for approval before carrying out any further chargeable work.

Bookings

Booking requests submitted through this website are enquiries, not confirmed appointments. We will contact you to confirm a date and time. Please give us reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Vehicles remain subject to a lien until payment has been made in full.

Warranty & guarantee

Our workmanship and the parts we supply are covered by our published guarantee. Workmanship and parts are covered by our published guarantee — ask our team for the current terms when you book. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Liability

We take care with every vehicle in our workshop. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to remedying any defective workmanship or replacing defective parts we have supplied.
