Complete your details, proposed drivers and requested hire dates, then read and accept the complete Vehicle Hire Terms and Conditions. We'll email a copy to you and PSM Workshop.

Vehicle collection and return are available Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, excluding public holidays.

Public, external & partner hire
$25.00 + GST per commenced 24-hour period. Three-day minimum: $75.00 + GST ($86.25 inc. GST).
Genuine PSM repair customers
$30.00 + GST flat courtesy-car fee ($34.50 inc. GST), only while your own vehicle is genuinely booked with PSM for servicing, diagnosis or repairs.
The bond is separate from the excess and is not necessarily your maximum possible liability.
Completed with you at collection
PSM Workshop will complete the vehicle, insurance, licence-verification and condition-report sections with you before the keys are released. You are not asked to complete these online:
- Agreement number
- Allocated vehicle and registration
- VIN or chassis number
- CoF and registration expiry, TSL number
- Collection odometer and fuel level
- Actual return details
- Final billed days or charges
- PSM insurer and policy details
- Final insurance election
- Licence physically sighted
- PSM driver approval
- Vehicle condition report and departure photographs
- PSM staff signature
- Return condition report
- Accident or breakdown record, if applicable
PSM Workshop collects this information to assess and administer your vehicle-hire request. PSM may need to share relevant information with its insurer, NZTA, Police or enforcement authorities where lawful and necessary.
